Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If there is a significant delay in shipping your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Malaysia):

    • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
    • Shipping Fee: Based on order weight and location (calculated at checkout).
  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International Delivery: 10-30 business days
    • Shipping Fee: Based on destination and order weight (calculated at checkout).

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or delays by courier services.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can use the tracking number to check your shipment status on the courier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes.
  • Sahara Scarves is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or for packages held by customs authorities.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may be subject to restrictions based on your delivery destination.
  • Sahara Scarves reserves the right to cancel any orders that cannot be shipped to your location.
