Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

No Cancellation Policy

At Sahara Scarves, all orders are final. Cancellations are NOT allowed once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
We strongly advise customers to carefully review their orders before proceeding with payment.

Think before you proceed with your order, as changes or cancellations will not be entertained under any circumstances.


Return & Exchange Policy

All goods sold are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

However, we allow exchanges ONLY in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect Items:

    • The item received is not what you ordered.
    • The size or color differs from the order summary.
  2. Damaged Items:

    • The item is damaged upon receipt.
    • The item has been tampered with, refurbished, or modified during delivery.

Important Proof Requirement for Exchange:

  • Kindly take a clear unboxing video when opening your package.
  • The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened from the sealed condition, the product inside, and any visible issues (incorrect item or damage).
  • Without an unboxing video, we will NOT process any exchange requests.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchanges are ONLY allowed for incorrect or damaged items.
  • Items can only be exchanged for the same color as originally ordered.
  • No exchanges will be accepted for a change of mind, size preferences, color changes, or missing items.

Exchange Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be shipped back within 7 working days upon receipt (with proof from the postal or courier receipt).
  • You must provide:
    • Proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
    • Unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
  • Items must be in new condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging, including any free gifts received.
  • Packaging must be undamaged, unmarked, and not defaced in any way.
  • Items must be returned in the original box or with suitable packaging to prevent damage during return delivery.

Important Notes:

  • No cancellations are allowed once payment is made.
  • Cancellations due to a change of mind will NOT be accepted.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for incorrect or damaged items and must be for the same color as originally ordered.
  • An unboxing video is required to process any exchange requests.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used will NOT be accepted for exchange.
  • Sahara Scarves reserves the right to reject any exchange requests that do not meet our policy requirements.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
We only offer exchanges for incorrect or damaged items, and exchanges are limited to the same color as originally ordered.
